These Terms of Service govern your use of our website Crystalclearinnervision.com  and the services we offer, including Hypnosis and Meditation Recordings, Kundalini Classes, annual off-site retreats, Sanctuary Monthly Membership, Kundalini Life Force Yoga, Rapid Transformational Hypnosis & Personal Recording, Rapid Transformational Hypnosis, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access our services. By using this Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Services Provided

Crystal Clear Inner Vision offers the following services:  

- **Hypnosis and Meditation Recordings**: Digital files for relaxation and personal growth.  

- **Kundalini Classes**: Group sessions focusing on Kundalini yoga techniques.  

- **Annual Off-Site Retreats**: Immersive experiences held at designated locations.  

- **Sanctuary Monthly Membership**: Ongoing access to exclusive content and community resources.  

- **Kundalini Life Force Yoga**: A practice blending movement, breathwork, and meditation.  

- **Rapid Transformational Hypnosis (RTH)**: One-on-one sessions for deep personal transformation, with optional personalized recordings.  

- **Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)**: Guided tapping sessions to address emotional blocks.  

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policies

a. Refund Policy for Coaching Services:

No Refunds:** All payments for coaching services are final. This includes Hypnosis, EFT, and any other one-on-one or group sessions. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This policy ensures clarity and commitment from both parties.  

b. Rescheduling Policy: 

Rescheduling with More than 24 Hours’ Notice:** You may reschedule a session without penalty by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.  

Rescheduling with Less than 24 Hours’ Notice:** Requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $20 rescheduling fee.  

c. No-Show Policy:  

If you do not attend a scheduled session and fail to notify us in advance, the session will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.  

d. Digital Products: 

All digital products, including Hypnosis and Meditation Recordings, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.  

e. Retreat Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 30 days] prior to an off-site retreat are eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees. Retreat deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion.  

4. User Behavior and Community Guidelines

We foster a positive, supportive environment for all clients. You agree to:  

- Treat all staff and community members with respect.  

- Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior during live classes, sessions, or retreats.  

- Avoid sharing or distributing digital content purchased through the Site.

Crystal Clear Inner Vision reserves the right to terminate services or membership if these guidelines are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

All recordings, class materials, and other content are the exclusive property of Crystal Clear Inner Vision. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Clear Inner Vision is not liable for:  

- Personal injury or emotional distress arising from participation in our services.  

- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your data.  

- Indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue.

7. Privacy
