Intuitive Life Coaching aka Zero to Thrive in Five

This process uses Compassionate Inquiry as a basis for identifying the underlying cause of your limiting belief and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to reframe the past and lock in the change you desire. This is a five session program to guide you from a state of fight or flight into a state of peace and power using two very powerful modalities.  The process is intense, yet effective for anxiety, limiting beliefs, procrastination, unwanted patterns of thought and behavior, money and relationship issues, fears/phobias and more. It is the perfect segue to new beginnings of a personal, professional or spiritual nature.    

  Reiki and Energy Healing
$111 per session (60 Minutes)

Reiki and Energy Healing offer a sanctuary in today’s fast-paced world—a quiet refuge where you can reconnect with your inner self and find solace. Rooted in ancient traditions and enhanced by modern holistic practices, energy healing is based on the idea that an invisible life force energy flows within and around each of us. When this energy is balanced and flowing freely, it creates the optimal environment for the body to heal itself, helping us feel relaxed, focused, and restored. This practice addresses the seven main energy centers (chakras) of the body, directing energy to where it is needed most for your highest good.

Emotional Freedom Technique
$55 per session (40 Minutes)

Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is a gentle, empowering way to ease anxiety. Often called “tapping,” EFT uses light tapping on specific points on the face and upper body, combined with a focus on releasing anxious thoughts. In moments when worry feels overwhelming, tapping can bring calm and clarity, softening the hold of fear and stress. With each tap, you’re giving yourself space to breathe, to let go, and to feel at peace. It’s a simple tool you can use anywhere, bringing comfort when you need it most.  Once learned, this modality can be used whenever you need it to reclaim your focus and center yourself.

This remarkable modality uses Rapid Transformational Hypnosis to target the root cause of a problem by accessing and interacting with the subconscious mind. This process provides fast, effective and lasting results and includes:

This is a 4-week commitment specifically for those who are experiencing or want to experience a spiritual awakening. The focus begins with clearing limiting beliefs, addresings patterns of thought and behavior that are in the way of your goals to identify your true purpose and path:

This 8 week commitment is offered to those who are actively realizing their gifts, but have become aware that there are aspects of themselves they need to address in order to move forward in a more powerful way.  It is a group container composed of like souls who have identified their purpose, who are actively ascending and are ready to take the work of self awareness to a level of self affirmation and self-realization.  Having identified your gifts, this program incorporates a deep dive into a variety of healing modalities and teachings geared to shift from awareness to allowance; allowing yourself to thrive as the spiritual BEing you were created to be without compromise. This course teaches you how to navigate the physical world with ease and flow while honoring your spiritual truth.

Sanctuary is a monthly membership package which offers true community to those who have undergone one or more of our services.  It is a safe haven for women on the journey of transformation, remembrance, ascension and beyond. We are a community of healers, teachers, students, seekers and seers who serve ourselves, our families and our communities with our presence and our gifts.  We are divine individually and together, we are strong. 

Sanctuary provides monthly Evening Retreats at CCIV Headquarters.  These monthly retreats will be held in person on the third Wednesday of each month from 6:30-9:00 p.m. Workshops will be curated by yours truly in accordance with the energetic vibration and collective experience of the tribe.  Our goal is to hold space, shine light, uplift, adjust crowns and elevate as we explore new ways to celebrate the beauty of BEing. Guest speakers will attend periodically to touch upon topics such as Spiritual Hygiene, Work/Life Balance,  Healing Herbs, Manifestation, Quantum Healing, Shamanism, Light Language, Channeling, Oracle & Tarot Cards, Reiki, Crystal Therapy & more.
